HOUSTON – ACMI Properties will soon break ground on Exploration, a 1.5 million-sf industrial development at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.

The 240-acre site will be designed as a hub for aerospace, advanced manufacturing, robotics, AI, and other hardware technology industries necessary for space commerce and exploration.

The project includes 22 buildings ranging from 15,000 sf to 500,000 sf, with build-to-suit options.

Construction will begin in the second quarter 2025 and completion is expected by fourth quarter 2026.
