1,000-home Celina master-planned community underway 

CELINA – Corson Cramer Development is developing Ten Mile Creek, a 1,000-home master-planned community. 

The project spans 251 acres near the Collin County Outer Loop east of Coit Rd. 

About 494 lots are planned, including 380 single-family homes and 114 townhomes. 

In phase one, 214 of 296 lots have sold, and 80 homes are complete. 

A second phase will add about 198 lots. 

Homes range from 1,300 to 3,970 sf and are priced from $350,000 to over $500,000.
