HOUSTON – Galium Capital has purchased Lockton Place, a 187,000-sf, Class-A office building at 3657 Briarpark Dr.  

Completed in 2017, the eight-story property is more than 96 percent leased.  

It is anchored by brokerage firm Lockton Companies. 

JLL represented the sellers, Triten Real Estate Partners and Affinius Capital.
