200K-sf office building sold in Westchase district

HOUSTON – Transwestern Investment Group has sold the 200,000-sf Reserve at Westchase building at 3250 Briarpark Dr. to DML Capital. 

Built in 1999, the building has undergone renovations in the past five years, which added a first-floor tenant lounge and conference center, as well as a parking garage with 804 spaces. 

The four-story property was 76 percent leased at the time of sale, including 55,855 sf leased by Mattress Firm for its headquarters.
