$20M mixed-use project nears completion on San Antonio’s northwest side 

SAN ANTONIO – Dominion Advisory Group is developing The Portico at Shaenfield Ranch, a $20 million mixed-use development at 7807 W. Loop 1604 N. 

The project broke ground in April 2022 and is expected to wrap construction this fall. 

The 54,112-sf property will be anchored by Black Swan Yoga on the center’s second floor. 

Other tenants include Dominion Suites, Crepeccino Café and Crêperie, and Box St. All Day.
