225K-sf chocolate factory under development in Rockwall 

ROCKWALL – Chewters Chocolates is developing a 225,000-sf factory at Rockwall Technology Park. 

The facility will include up to four chocolate production lines, warehouse, office space, and a small retail store. 

Construction is expected to begin in January. Work will be finished in mid-2026. 

Estimated construction costs are $20.5 million.
