$250M Dallas mixed-use village nears milestone 

DALLAS – Cope Equities LLC is finishing infrastructure work for Jamestown Square, a 53-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of US 75 and Akers Rd. 

The project’s development phase began in early 2024 and represents a $5 million investment in roads, utilities, and site prep. 

Vertical construction has already begun. 

At buildout, the $250 million development will have 21 acres of single-family homes, 12 acres of apartments, six acres of townhomes, and 15 acres of commercial space.
