$25M retail center slated for Victoria 

VICTORIA – Victoria Exchange Development and Sundance Construction have broken ground on the first phase of Victoria Village. 

The $25 million shopping center will have space for seven retailers or restaurants, including Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below, and Ulta Beauty. 

Phase one, which will have four retail spaces, will finish construction in spring 2026. 

Phase two will begin in August of this year and finish in August 2026.
