288-unit Georgetown apartment complex underway 

GEORGETOWN – The Gabriel Georgetown, a 288-unit apartment complex, has opened its first building at 520 Wolf Ranch Pkwy. 

The complex will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with rents ranging from $1,201 to $2,525. 

Amenities include a game room, pool, club house, cyber lounge, gym, dog park and wash, package room, and private yards in select units. 

The complex will have six buildings at buildout. Building 2 is slated to open the first week of September, Building 5 at the end of October, Building 6 at the end of November, Building 4 at the end of December, and Building 3 at the end of January.
