30-story office tower going up near Klyde Warren Park

DALLAS – A 30-story office tower will begin construction next to Klyde Warren Park by the end of 2023 and open in 2027.

Located at the corner of North Harwood St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy., the 500,000-sf Bank of America Tower at Parkside will have a 12th floor Sky Lobby and Lounge with tenant space and a coffee and cocktail bar, as well as outdoor terraces. 

Bank of America will occupy 238,000 sf of the tower.

Pacific Elm Properties and KDC are the project developers and Kohn Pedersen Fox designed it.​
