320K-sf Parc Air 59 underway near airport

​​​HUMBLE – A Dallas-based partnership has teamed up and started construction on a new 320,000-sf warehouse-distribution complex called Parc Air 59.

Parc Air 59 consists of three Class A buildings located on a 20-acre tract near the Will Clayton Pkwy. entrance to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The three buildings will include a 160,000-sf cross-dock facility and a pair of 80,000-sf buildings.

This will be the first industrial project to get underway at the 111-acre Park Air 59, a mixed-use business park.
