350K-sf industrial park underway in Houston
HOUSTON – Junction Commercial Real Estate is developing a two-warehouse, 350,000-sf industrial park.
The $35 million project at 15231 S. Post Oak Rd. will be called Post Oak Southwest Logistics Park and developed speculatively.
The former Rancho El Dorado facility sits on a portion of the site and will be demolished.
Delivery is expected for March 2027.
