$35M apartment community under development near Lake Houston

HOUSTON – McCord Development is developing a $35 million apartment complex on 10.6 acres at 12340 E. Sam Houston Pkwy N. 

Construction on the 315-unit property, called Remi Lake Houston, will begin in the coming months and last two years. 

Amenities include a gym, clubroom, pool with a grill area and cabana, outdoor games, a pickleball court, and a dog park.
