$35M industrial park planned for southwest Houston
HOUSTON – Junction Commercial Real Estate is building Post Oak Southwest Logistics Park, a 350,000-sf industrial project at 15231 S. Post Oak Rd.
The park will have two front-load buildings with 32-ft clear heights.
A portion of the site, formerly El Rancho El Dorado, will be demolished.
The project is expected to cost $35 million.
Delivery is targeted for March 2027.
