40-acre business campus to be redeveloped into office, warehouse flex space

PLANO – BH Properties has acquired Legacy R&D, a 374,085-sf business park. 

Legacy R&D is a seven-building business campus on 40 acres at 6400-6700 Pinecrest Dr. and 5212-5220 Tennyson Pkwy. 

The company plans to convert the space from 100 percent office to office and warehouse flex space. 

The development is currently 58 percent leased.
