45K-sf retail center planned for Fulshear Lakes master-planned community 

FULSHEAR – XAG Group has acquired 25 acres along FM 1093 from Fulshear Lakes Ltd. for the development of Fulshear Lakes Market Place. 

The first phase will consist of a 45,000-sf, one-story retail center on six acres. 

Fulshear Lakes is a 558-acre community with a planned 1,400 homes priced from the $300,000s to $1 million. 

Fulshear Lakes Market Place, which will add retail, office and education space, will connect with the community’s trail system.
