538K-sf industrial project breaks ground in Mustang Ridge 

MUSTANG RIDGE – Clay Development & Construction Inc. has broken ground on Mustang Ridge Distribution Center I, a 538,720-sf cross-dock distribution center at 6925 FM 1327 and Hwy. 1327. 

The facility, which will sit on 27.7 acres, will have 36-ft clear heights, 65-ft loading bays, and 55-by-52-ft interior column spacing. It will have 105 9-ft-by-10-ft doors and four 14-ft-by-16-ft drive-in overhead doors. 

The property will also have two 130-foot truck courts and space for up to 138 trailer parking spaces. 

The building will have an ESFR sprinkler system. 

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2025.
