550K-sf business campus inks new industrial leases in southwest Houston

​HOUSTON – Levey Group and ANICO Eagle have leased a total of 122,000-sf at The Business Center at Five Corners.

The 550,000-sf development consists of five buildings on a 44-acre site. The buildings range from 69,000 to 139,000 sf and has a mix of front-load, cross-dock, and rear-load configurations and 28- to 32-ft clear heights.

Ashford Dairy signed an industrial lease for a 52,000-sf space with a commissary, test kitchen and a refrigerated storage area.

Porcelanosa USA signed an industrial lease for 70,000 sf.

CBRE represented the landlords in the negotiations while JLL represented the tenants.​
