​DALLAS – A $55 million mixed-income apartment project is now open.

The 270-unit Palladium Simpson Stuart will have a pool, dog park, walking trails, conference room, computer lab, kids’ playroom, and fitness center. There will be 243 units reserved for incomes between 40 and 80 percent of the area median income.

Developer Palladium USA worked with architect HEDK and general contractor BBL Construction. Financing was provided by PNC Bank. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs provided 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity. ​
