850K-sf Wells Fargo campus coming to Las Colinas
IRVING – KDC has started construction on Wells Fargo’s new office campus at 401 W. Las Colinas Blvd.
The 850,000-sf project is on 22 acres at the northeast corner of West Las Colinas Blvd. and Promenade Pkwy., one block south of West Northwest Hwy.
Wells Fargo will consolidate multiple offices across the Metroplex to the Las Colinas site by the end of 2025, when the campus is expected to officially open. The Dallas Business Journal reports that the two-tower development will cost $455 million.
The campus will be Wells Fargo’s first net-positive energy campus, meaning it is expected to generate more energy than it consumes with rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and native plantings to minimize watering requirements. The campus is targeted for LEED Platinum environmental certification.
Partners on the project include Corgan, Kimley Horn, and Austin Commercial.
