906K-sf industrial project breaks ground in Northlake 

DALLAS – A groundbreaking was held for Ironhead Commerce Center, a 906,000-sf industrial project. 

Developed by Alliance Industrial Co. in partnership with Barings, Ironhead will feature four industrial buildings on a 57-acre site. 

The buildings can accommodate tenants requiring 40,000 to 320,000 sf.  

Stream Realty Partners will handle leasing.
