Apartments on Dallas’ Trinity River to open doors

DALLAS – A 204-unit rental community will open soon on the Trinity River near Downtown.

The seven-story Modera Trinity apartments on North Beckley Ave. will have units averaging 1,000 sf with a monthly rent of $1,800. 

It will have 4,000 sf of ground-floor retail floor, access to the Trinity Skyline Trail, a fitness center, and coworking space.

Developer Mill Creek Residential Trust began construction in 2020.​
