Bank of America breaks ground on Uptown tower

​DALLAS – The new 30-story Bank of America Tower has broken ground across the street from Klyde Warren Park. Pacific Elm Properties is the developer. ​​​

Located on North Harwood St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy., the 500,000-sf office tower will have a 12th-floor Sky Lobby and Lounge with a coffee and cocktail bar and outdoor terraces, a conference center, fitness center, executive board room, and break-out chat rooms. It will be completed in the first half of 2027.

The project designer is New York-based Kohn Pedersen Fox. Miyama USA Texas is the landowner.​
