BKM Capital picks up 200K-sf Houston, DFW industrial portfolio for $27.5M 

TEXAS – BKM Capital Partners has purchased a three-property, 200,000-sf industrial portfolio for $27.5 million. 

The portfolio has one Houston property and two DFW assets, which includes the 74,000-sf Great Southwest Business Park in North Dallas and the 68,000-sf Royal 35 Business Park in the Great Southwest submarket. 

All three buildings, which were constructed between 1981 and 1986, are 98 percent leased. 

BKM plans a $2.1 million capital program covering façade upgrades, roof and HVAC replacements, updated signage, improved landscaping, and selective interior buildouts.
