CYPRESS – PCCP LLC will develop Meadows at Telge, a 195-unit build-to-rent residential community.
The 44-acre development will have three- and four-bedroom homes. ICB is the project’s builder.
Amenities will include a leasing office, dog park, pool, playground, and grilling and dining stations.
Construction will last two to three years.
