Developers break ground on Tomball senior living

​​​​​​​​​TOMBALL – ROC Homes has broken ground on Winfrey Estates, a 55-plus residential community at Winfrey Ln. and FM 2978.

The community will have 113 homesites with lot reservations now underway.

Slabs will start being poured for the community’s model and first three homes within the next two weeks, with the first homes expected to be move-in ready by the end of the summer or early fall.

Amenities will include pickleball and bocce ball courts and a swimming pool.​
