Former One Shell Plaza slated for renovation 

HOUSTON – Busycon Properties LLC is renovating the former One Shell Plaza office tower at 910 Louisiana St.  

The project will add restaurant and retail space on the first floor, as well as an amenity floor on the third floor. 

The 9,000-sf amenity floor will have a conference center, a spa-like fitness and wellness center, and a 5,000-sf tenant lounge. 

Additionally, the building’s travertine plaza will be replaced with gardens and greenspaces. 

Renovation of the 50-story tower is expected to cost $50 million.
