Investment firm picks up two Westchase office properties 

HOUSTON – Beyond Richmond Office LLC has acquired two office properties totaling 295,000 sf in the Westchase district. 

The buildings are the eight-story, 177,000-sf 9800 Richmond Ave. and the six-story, 118,000-sf 11000 Richmond Ave. 

The new owner will implement a capital improvement plan, including modernizing the main lobby, bringing in food choices to both buildings, and a café in the 9800 building.  

Coworking space will also be added to the seventh floor at 9800 and the fourth floor at 11000. 

The buildings were 50 percent vacant at the time of sale.
