JV acquires 204-unit mixed-use property in West End District

DALLAS – Discover Multifamily and The Rainier Companies have acquired 1001 Ross, a mixed-use property located at  the northeast corners of Ross Ave. and Lamar St. in Dallas.

Built in 2004, the property will undergo exterior and interior renovations and be rebranded as The Griffin. 

It has 204 Class A multifamily units and 30,506 sf of ground-floor Class A retail space.

The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with monthly rents ranging from $1,216 to $1,836.
