JV breaks ground on 203K-sf industrial project in Mesquite

MESQUITE – Lovett Industrial and Crow Holdings Capital began construction on Interchange 80, an urban infill development on more than 14 acres. 

The Class A logistics facility will have a 203,000-sf rear-load building with a 32-ft clear height. 

It will also have a 130-ft truck court and will accommodate up to 72 trailer parking spaces. 

Conlan Construction is the general contractor, LGE Design is the lead architect, and Kimley-Horn and Associates is serving as the project’s civil engineer.
