The project includes developing two new retail buildings along Post Oak Blvd., adding 60,000 sf of new construction, and bringing the retail and restaurant space to 150,000 sf.

The project will also include the enhancement of existing areas, on-street parking, and renovated parking garages.

The project broke ground in April 2025, with completion slated for fall 2026.
