​​​HOUSTON – Asian City Development Inc. has broken ground on the first building of a 4.5-acre commercial development called Asian City Center at Beltway 8.

The six-story retail and office building will have 48 commercial units available for sale. Thirty percent are already presold. 

The first floor will be reserved for retail with Asian restaurants and tea shops. The second through fourth floors will be occupied by a parking garage, and the fifth and sixth floors will be office spaces. Units range from 1,288 to 2,189 sf and are priced between $386,400 and $798,460.​

Completion of the retail and office tower is slated for the end of 2022.

Future phases include two 15-story residential condo towers with 250 one- to three-bedroom units.​
