DALLAS – A century-old apartment building that once housed such stars as Greer Garson, Shirley MacLaine, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and Judy Garland has been redeveloped as luxury offices after two years of construction.

Built in 1925 on Maple Ave., the 157,000-sf Maple Terrace is part of a mixed-use development with two restaurants and a residential high-rise.

The exterior was preserved while the interior was remodeled, and two floors were added on top and behind. It has a ground-floor fitness center, golf simulator, and conference center with a board room and training center.

Developer Hines purchased the property in 2020 and redeveloped it with Mitsui Fudosan America and McNair Interests. GFF and 5G Collaborative designed the project.
