​AUSTIN – New York-based Brookfield Properties is making its Austin-area debut with two industrial developments totaling $90 million.

Tuscany Crossing Business Park will be at 8501 Wall St. in the Walnut Creek industrial area near US 183 and US 290, about two miles east of I-35. It will have four buildings totaling 329,627 sf and be completed in June 2024.

Northgate 35 Logistics Center will be in Pflugerville, on the northbound I-35 frontage road, north of Grand Avenue Pkwy. and less than a mile south of SH 45. The 145,454-sf building will have a 3,303-sf office suite. It will be finished in April 2024.
