TEXAS – Basis Industrial has acquired a three-asset portfolio, which includes 901,673 sf across the DFW and Houston areas.
Basis acquired DFW II, which consists of eight properties spanning 439,916 sf:
- 2901, 2905, 2921, 2951 Suffolk Dr., Fort Worth
- 1655-1663 Hickory Dr., Haltom City
- 1100-1220 Luke St., Irving
- 2526 Manana Dr., Dallas
- 4101 Lindbergh Dr., Addison
- 3300 Garden Brook Dr., Farmers Branch
- 3113 C Garden Brook Dr., Farmers Branch
- 3109 Garden Brook Dr., Farmers Branch
DFW III and Houston I, consisting of six properties spanning 461,318 sf., was also a part of the deal. Those properties include:
- 1510 Randolph St., Carrollton
- 2650 Northaven Rd., Dallas
- 10031 Monroe Dr., Dallas
- 3201-3217 E Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington
- 13475 Fondren Rd., Houston
- 7330-7334 Rampart St., Houston
The sellers of DFW II and DFW III, Birtcher Anderson & Davis and Cofe, respectively, were represented by Newmark. Basis was represented internally.
DFW II is 85 percent occupied, while DFW III is 90 percent occupied.
The third asset in the deal is in Florida.
