Site work begins on 223K-sf Amazon warehouse in Round Rock

ROUND ROCK – Amazon has begun site work on a 223,285-sf distribution facility at 2801 CR 172. 

The delivery warehouse will be on a 149-acre site acquired in 2021. The land could potentially have a data center as well.  

The project is expected to cost $72 million. 

Vertical construction will begin before the end of 2025. Move-in is expected in 2026.
