15-acre business park set to break ground near McKinney National Airport
McKINNEY – CapRock Partners Management plans to break ground this spring on a $30 million speculative industrial project.
McKinney Air Business Park will include two buildings totaling 250,000 sf on a 15-acre site.
The park is designed to accommodate tenants from 20,000 sf up to nearly 140,000 sf.
