Stellar Energy planning 1.1M-sf industrial project in AllianceTexas
FORT WORTH – Stellar Energy is planning a 1.1 million sf industrial project at Alliance Westport 24.
The development is at 15060 Blue Mound Rd. within the 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development.
Planned improvements total approximately $34 million in property upgrades and $45.5 million in equipment installation.
Work could begin as early as this month with completion targeted for August.
