146-acre mixed-use project under development in McKinney
McKINNEY – Creation Equity is planning Northgate, a 146-acre mixed-use project on the northwest corner of US 75.
Plans include 135,000 sf of retail space, 1,600 multifamily units, a hotel, six-story office buildings, and outdoor amenities.
The project will be completed in tracts.
Tract one will include 300 multifamily units. An additional 180 units will follow in tract two.
Tract three will have 450 multifamily units and will be anchored by a 65,000-sf grocery store in addition to 20,000 sf of retail space.
Tract four will have 750 multifamily units, 318,600 sf of office space, 50,000 sf of retail space, 100 hotel rooms, and 910 parking spaces.
