Mixed-use development planned for East 11th Street in Austin
AUSTIN – Austin’s Economic Development Corporation (Rally Austin) plans to redevelop two acres on East 11th St.
The project includes 13,000 sf of commercial space, 27,000 sf of cultural facilities, and over 100 units of affordable housing.
The 145,000-sf mixed-use development will also reserve space for student housing in partnership with Huston-Tillotson University.
Rally Austin aims to break ground in phases, with completion targeted for 2028.
