$16.3M vacant office building picked up in The Woodlands
THE WOODLANDS – Howard Hughes Holdings has acquired the former McKesson Building at 10101 Woodloch Forest Dr. for $16.3 million.
The vacant Class A building will be renamed 7 Waterway.
Built in 2009, the property was recently renovated with updates to its lobby and amenities, such as food options, a fitness center, green space, and outdoor seating.
The eight-story building sits on a 1.6-acre site with 700 parking spaces in an adjacent garage.
