28-story luxury high-rise planned for Oak Lawn
DALLAS – M&A Development is planning a 28-story residential tower at 4211 Newton Ave.
The 404,000-sf project will be 325-ft high and will have below-grade parking for residents and visitors.
The tower will have a dog park and pool on the second floor, as well as a 9,000-sf pocket park with a noise-cancelling water element.
Construction on the tower is expected to begin by late 2026 or early 2027, and it will take up to 18 to 24 months to complete.
