Construction underway on 126K-sf retail center in Pearland
PEARLAND – Pearland Asian Town, a 126,000-sf retail center, is being developed at 7407 Broadway St.
Pearland Asian Town LLC purchased the 12.7-acre property in 2020 from MHI Partnership Ltd.
The development will consist of two buildings with retail and restaurant space, and it will be anchored by a 30,000-sf grocery store.
The project broke ground last September, and the first building is expected to be completed in August and the second by the end of the year.
