Expansion projects underway at Medical City McKinney Hospital
McKINNEY – Medical City McKinney Hospital, a 311-bed campus at 4500 Medical Center Dr., is developing $190 million in construction projects.
A $117 million expansion will add two stories to the east tower, creating 46 new beds and additional operating rooms by the end of 2026.
A $25 million project underway at the Women’s Hospital will add two C-section suites, six labor and delivery suites, and refresh existing spaces by early 2027.
A new 125,000-sf medical office building costing $50 million will also open later this summer and include physician offices, hospital space, and Solis Mammography.
