JV breaks ground on 800K-sf industrial project in Socorro
SOCORRO – Trammel Crow Company and Barings have broken ground on Speedway Logistics, a two-building, 804,283-sf industrial development.
The project will rise on 60-acres at 16400 Gateway Blvd. W. and include a 426,868-sf and 377,415-sf cross-dock facility.
The Class-A spec warehouses are expected to be delivered by July 2026.
