22-acre mixed-use development planned for Fulshear
FULSHEAR – Janapriya Upscale USA will break ground this month on Fulshear Central, a mixed-use project along FM 1093.
The 22-acre development will include 130,000 sf of retail, restaurants, and office space, a large green space for events, and a walking trail around a four-acre pond.
It will have six retail buildings totaling 74,500 sf around a two-acre greenspace with a concert area on the south end of the lawn. There will also be 44 office condos across ten office buildings totaling 56,100 sf.
Site work began in early June, and the project is estimated to be completed in fall 2027.
