Phase one of 80-acre mixed-use near Palo Pinto Mountains State Park underway
STRAWN – Developers have begun phase one of Big Bear Crossing, an 80-acre, mixed-use project near Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
Big Bear Crossing will have a hotel, RV park, retail space, and industrial space.
The development will be anchored by the Big Bear Travel Center, a full-service travel station.
The travel station is expected to open in summer 2026.
