40-story multifamily tower opens in Houston
HOUSTON – Hanover Co. has opened Hanover Buffalo Bayou, a 40-story apartment complex at 707 Marston St.
The property is the third multifamily building in the 14-acre Autry Park, a mixed-use development along Allen Pkwy.
The 317-unit tower has 5,000-sf of ground floor retail space and apartments average 1,276 sf.
Amenities include a landscaped courtyard with a resort-style pool, a fire pit area, barbecue stations, and cabana seating.
