DALLAS – Union Investment has sold the Texas Capital Center, a 21-story office property at 200 McKinney Ave.
Union Investment acquired the property in 2016 for $225 million.
The primary tenant, Texas Capital, has leased its space through 2040.
Built in 2008, the 456,000-sf property is 95 percent dedicated to office use with a section allocated for retail.
