HOUSTON – Dhanani Private Equity Group has acquired Sugar Park Plaza, a 95,000-sf retail center at 11824 to 11930 Wilcrest Dr.
Renovated in 2016, the property has one in-line retail building and three pad sites.
It is 100 percent leased to 16 tenants with an average tenure of 24 years.
Tenants include Marshalls, Skechers and Chase Bank.
